Our mission critical hardware is backed up nightly to multiple locations for recovery purposes in the event of a hardware failure or disaster. Our hardware is stored in a temperature controlled facility with redundant backup power solutions to prevent outages due to power failures.

We monitor our hardware 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with multiple technicians standing by to solve any problem that may arise within the network. Our team of oncall trained server and network technicians are there to resolve problems the moment they occur to prevent extended downtime when an issue occurs.
